DINE

DINE is our luxury dining experience in natural outdoor spaces. Our sole purpose with DINE is to redefine your concept of luxury, showing you that dining out, may as well be fine dining in the outdoors, and that fancy restaurants is a concept you create – wherever needed. In groups you prepare, and cook a small part of the co-created gourmet meal over the bon-fire. When done, you arrange your food nicely, and prepare your presentation of it, to invite your fellow DINE chefs to enjoy your dish with delight.

What is included

Full meal. Organic, Local, Allergens + vegan optional. + Drinks of choice

Practical information

We bring all groceries, kitchen supplies, water, firewood etc. needed for your meal preparations. You will, in smaller groups, be given responsibility for your own bon-fire pit. We instruct and facilitate the group experience, have the overall plan – and timeplan, but urge you to enjoy the process trusting that what you cook over your bon-fire, is going to fit beautifully into the common meal everyone around you is preparing simultaneously. We are around you, available to help out whenever you have questions about a recipe, the bon-fire, the groceries or the concept of Nature Connectedness. When we DINE we co-create an outdoor restaurant; we set tables nicely, maybe even with table cloths. We care about decorations, that we spend time collecting and creating from nature materials. We eat out of beautiful porcelain and enjoy quality drinks in beautiful glasses. Camping styles goes Glamping when we DINE.

Welcome to National Park Experiences, where we are specializing in Corporate Nature Connectedness Experiences – yet are always open for on-demand private groups, and pop-up group events bookable for individual explorers. National Park Experiences is founded by Tanya Uhnger Wünsche, an experienced outdoor and nature based tourism professional with more than two decades of experience and education under her belt. National Park Experiences are run on core values of deep, meaningful and transformative nature experience, tailored to all kinds and levels of nature loving explorers. Our main focus is ensuring you a deep experience of being connected to both the nature that surrounds you, and the nature within you. Our nature experiences are designed and facilitated with uttermost respect for the natural areas in which we operate and explore. Our experience catalogue is operated on demand. Further, we have partnered with a range of festivals, pop-up events, and local initiatives. In NEED FOR NATURE NATIONAL PARK EXPERIENCES we have partnered with Danish National Parks. This means that we are operating both on stage and behind the scenes in the development of local tourism infrastructure and always strive to provide public and corporate tourism experience initiatives and experiences that specifically emphasizes the enhancement of an experienced deepenend human-nature connectedness. NEED FOR NATURE NATIONAL PARK EXPERIENCES operate in all Danish National Parks. Our main office is located in National Park Kongernes Nordsjælland, and we are a proud part of NEED FOR NATURE GROUP. STAFF: All our guide staff are well educated, certified and skilled outdoor professionals. We have handpicked the best Outdoor recreation teachers, Nature- and Culture Interpreters, Climbing, Kayaking, Canoeing, Diving, Boating, Ballooning, Yoga, Mindfulness instructors Denmark has to offer, to ensure you a Nature Connectedness memory to last you a lifetime. As a corporation we value pristine nature, and the possibility to enjoy deep and profound experiences in it. We therefore, operate a strict Leave-No-Trace Policy, and in fact often try to regenerate and give back to the places we visit, and the fellow human beings visiting after our groups. We bring back all garbage we bring and find, we know and obey governmental rules and regulations for the areas we visit, we make sure to collect firewood for the next visitors in public nature spaces, and we might repair, refurbish or report any track, bridge, or shelter that we encounter out of order, during our National Park visits. All our element-experiences are carefully designed to pursue, spark, and nurture your intrinsic psychological need for nature and a connection to the more than human world. In our experience design we have taken a point of departure in six natural elements that we as experienced nature-based tourism professionals have great experience with as key paths to opening the human awareness to our surroundings. Further, all our experience products are based in Nature Connectedness Research evidence for drivers and factors that enhance the individual and collective experience of belonging and connection. Our guests usually describe an equal amount of experienced connectedness to the natural elements and environment, and connectedness to the fellow human beings with whom they share our National Park Experiences. Furthermore, we always go lengths to tailor your Nature Connectedness experience of choice to your group’s exact needs and are happy to adjust the experience and themes to fit your program.
